A Shout-Out to the "Figure-Head"
I've been thinking about my calling Barry the Figure-Head of our team a few weeks ago. I'm sure everyone understood I was joking, but it really is the furthest from the truth. Barry and Ramona have been nothing but supportive of what we do, and Barry's involvement on this blog and during our special events has really been a blessing. Don't you think? [Insert encouraging comments here...]

Barry is one of the coolest dudes we know! Even if he was merely our figurehead, I would still be honoured to call him 'Dude'.
Barry's leadership to our kid's ministry has been outstanding and all the hours he prays for it is evidenced in the kids, the staff, and the vision we continue to strive for. (and I'm not just saying that 'cause I know he'll read this! :) )
